

Green Olives, "Grandmother's recipe" are distinguished by their particularly intense and sweet taste, as well as by their characteristic seasoning, based on natural spices. After being preserved for 5 years, the fruits of the olive tree macerate until they achieve the pleasant texture of Grandmother's Olives. These whole, firm-fleshed verdiales/ocales olives, slightly crushed and seasoned according to Grandma's recipe, are the result of a long family tradition originating in Antequera in the province of Malaga.
