Las Aves de Paso crianza 2017
Bobal - Cavernet Sauvignon
The name 'aves de paso' (migratory birds) comes from the name of the wine whose vines grow in the middle of the Hoces del Gabriel Nature Reserve, from a nearby protected area for migratory birds.
For the final blend of this wine, the two personalities of Bobal and Cavernet Sauvignon are combined to obtain a wine that can be enjoyed without asking too many questions.
The Aves de Paso offers a fertile fullness with a balanced toast from the barrel. With a wide and soft mouthfeel.
Wonderfully juicy and multi-layered, dense, with aromas of delicate dark chocolate, mixed with elderberry jelly and blackcurrant.
Dark cherry, violet, clean, bright, medium-high layer.
It has a powerful, very fruity aroma of black plum, blackberry, with a touch of liquorice.
In the mouth it is juicy, fresh and lively, sparkling, with that creamy toffee touch, fine and balanced.
